| Where do you meet? | We meet at the Neeld Hall, Borough Parade, Chippenham, Wiltshire. |
| When do you meet? | Tuesday evenings. Class runs from 7.30pm till 9.30pm. members are asked to arrive by 7.15pm, to give them time to register, pay fees, get changed, have a gossip, and then be ready to start at 7.30pm prompt. |
| What do I need to bring? | Your fees, and a bottle of water or drink. |
| I have never danced before, is this a problem? | No problem! We have ladies who have danced all their lives, and ones who have never danced before. All are made welcome, and helped and encouraged in their learning. |
| What should I wear? | A long loose skirt is best, or soft trousers, or jogging bottoms. Short tight skirts are not easy to dance in, and jeans are too stiff to do all the moves in. A comfy top that you can move your arms easily in is best. You may get quite warm by the end of the evening, so nothing too heavy. A lot of the ladies dance bare-foot, and some wear soft dance shoes, you need to be able to flex your feet, so no trainers. (medical conditions have to be taken into consideration, please ask for specific advice). |
| How old are members of the group? | We have from 16 year olds to ladies who are at the upper end of the 60's. |
| I am a larger lady, can I join? | Of course! We have all shapes and sizes in our group, and all are made very welcome! |
| Are there any conditions of joining? | We ask that you pay your fees on the due nights, and that if for whatever reason you decide to stop coming to class that you let us know. This is so that your place may be offered to the next name on the waiting list. If you then change your mind and wish to come back, just contact us and your name will go back onto the waiting list. |
| What do I do now to JOIN the Sahara Sisters? | Complete the contact us form, making sure we have your name, e-mail address, and telephone number, and your name will be added to the waiting list. As soon as a place becomes available you will be contacted, offered a place, and given a date to start. |
